Oregano, Basil and Fresh Garlic

This dressing is a light & lively addition to the Renée's line. Containing many herbs & spices, as well as lots of garlic, this vinaigrette is wonderful on any type of lettuce.

Versatility

  • Great on any green salad
  • Use on Bib, Iceberg, Leaf, Endive & Radicchio lettuces
  • Fabulous for marinating chicken, meat, steamed vegetables & rice
  • Use as a garlic spread for bread, Pitas, tortillas, etc.
  • Mix 1/2 tbsp of parmesan cheese in 1 cup dressing for a 'Light Caesar' dressing
  • Marinate poultry, fish or meat
  • Use for marinating vegetables
  • Fabulous on steamed rice
  • Makes a fabulous 'garlic' coleslaw
  • Use for stir-frying instead of oil
